An Opportunity to Invest In Your Future
AllianceBernstein has two distinct programs for college graduates. The first is a Rotational Associate Program, which is designed for the Associate to learn about the asset management industry from several perspectives. The second is the Private Client Associate Program, which provides the Associate with direct client interactions and the comprehensive skill set for a career in Private Wealth Management.
Rotational Associate Programs
AllianceBernstein’s Rotational Associate Programs provide you with an opportunity to learn about the asset management industry from the inside out and from a number of different perspectives. Each Rotational Associate will join a specific business unit (see list below), and have an opportunity to access world-class training, gain on-the-job experience and create relationships that will last throughout your career. Your role will provide you with an opportunity to interact with leaders from across the firm, including portfolio managers, global investment specialists, advisors, marketing teams and product support teams. The program is two years in length and will consist of four rotations, each lasting six months. Each rotation will require you to learn a new skill set and knowledge base and/or complete a project that is critical to AllianceBernstein’s ongoing success.
Rotational Associates will go through a robust core training program, which will include an overview of the financial markets, technical training, and personal skills training. Job-specific training will take place after core training to prepare you for your new responsibilities. We will discuss potential career paths and create development plans so Associates can be successful beyond the two-year program.
