Technology is the lifeblood of a firm where innovation is prized and exceptional service to clients is paramount. AllianceBernstein’s Technology Associate Program (TAP) offers talented individuals the opportunity to build a career in IT.

The TAP program allows each candidate to participate in formal training sessions as well as gain benefit from the guidance of a mentor. Through four six-month rotations, TAP provides opportunity for hands-on experience in a range of roles within IT. In particular, growth opportunities for candidates who choose to focus in Infrastructure and Software Development abound.

Our Infrastructure teams sustain the firm's technology backbone, supporting our monitoring and integration activities as well as the wide range of tools, networks, databases, and Unix/Linux and Windows environments used by our systems and employees. Our software development teams support a vast range of investment and financial platforms, including equities, fixed income, trading, compliance, corporate finance, data management, and reporting.

In each rotation, Associates will work with seasoned professionals to develop successful and supportable technical solutions to interesting and challenging business problems. TAP participants enjoy working on real projects and are offered the chance of making an impact on the firm right from the start.
