Here is how the recruitment process works:

  • Once you have submitted your resume online, we will send you an email acknowledging its receipt.
  • If your skills and experience are of interest for a specific position, you will be contacted by AllianceBernstein to further discuss your qualifications.
  • If an interview is not requested, we will continue to keep you in mind for other opportunities at AllianceBernstein. We encourage you to also create an online account with us, where you can store job searches and/or create search agents that will track opportunities and notify you of new job postings as they become available.
  • Our interview process is quite comprehensive. You may meet with several representatives from AllianceBernstein ranging from Human Capital to the hiring manager to perhaps other senior management within the firm.
  • We pledge at all times to be respectful of your time and your privacy, and we will be as efficient and flexible as possible in scheduling interviews.
  • Hiring decisions can sometimes be made after one or two interviews, however, our recruitment and hiring process is customized for the level and seniority of each position.
