Associates on the Service Delivery Track will develop the advanced skills required to support all areas of our investment management business.

Service Desk:
During the service desk rotation associates will learn how to provide client service oriented email and telephone support to internal and external clients. Associates will interact with business users from all areas of the firm and will develop a broad knowledge of the different business groups and their technology needs. They will work closely with specialist technology teams and will develop a high standard of technical troubleshooting skills.

Desktop Support:
Throughout the desktop support rotation associates will work face-to-face with business users, including traders. Associates will install, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems, their associated applications and hardware, popular mobile computing devices and remote connectivity tools. They will learn advanced service delivery skills and will develop a clear understanding of the business priorities and needs.

Application Support:
For the application support rotation associates will work as members of embedded IT teams, supporting mission critical applications for our Fixed Income or Equity trading desks or in business areas such as Distribution, Finance, Human Resources or Compliance & Legal.

Project Management:
During the project management rotation associates will work under the supervision of an experianced project manager, where they will learn practical project management skills and the importance of accurately gathering business requirements, good planning and controlling costs. Service Delivery projects may include office relocations, new office build outs and hardware upgrades and software deployments.

Specific timing, selection and duration of rotations will vary depending on business requirements at the time.
