Charles Stonehill was appointed a Director of AB in 2019. He also serves as a Director on the boards of both Equitable Holdings and Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company. Stonehill is a Founding Partner of Green & Blue Advisors, and serves as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board for both Julius Baer Group and Bank Julius Baer & Co., and is a member of the Board of Directors of both CommonBond and Play Magnus. He has more than 40 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, having held senior leadership positions such as global head of Lazard Capital Markets, head of investment banking for the Americas at Credit Suisse First Boston, and head of European equities and equity capital markets at Morgan Stanley.
