Portfolio Objective and Strategy:
AllianceBernstein Value Fund is an open-end fund that seeks long-term growth of capital. The Fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of U.S. companies, generally representing at least 125 companies, with relatively large market capitalizations that the Adviser believes are undervalued. The Fund invests in companies that are determined by the Adviser to be undervalued, using the fundamental value approach of the Adviser’s Bernstein unit. In selecting securities for the Fund’s portfolio, Bernstein uses its fundamental and quantitative research to identify companies whose long-term earnings power and dividend-paying capability are not reflected in the current market price of their securities.
