What are the system requirements for this website?
You need Internet access and a 128-bit encrypted web browser. See “What Browsers can I use?” We recommend that you use Windows (2000, 2003, or XP) or Mac OS (9 or X) with a broadband connection, Adobe Reader 6.0, and a Multimedia Player. For more information, please see the table below:

	Web Browser In order to view pages on the website, you will need a web browser. To access account information, your browser must support 128-bit SSL encryption. For the best performance, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (SP1) or Netscape Navigator 7.2.

	Adobe Reader Many publications on this website utilize the widely used Adobe Acrobat file format. To read or print any of these (.PDF) documents, you’ll need the Adobe Reader 6.0.

	Multimedia Player Our site features some multimedia content. To listen to or view our videos and webcasts, you’ll need a sound card, speakers or headphones, and a media player. They also require Macromedia's Flash Player 7.0.

What web browsers can I use?
This website is designed to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 and later for Windows, Netscape Navigator version 7.2 and later, AOL version 8.0 and later, and Apple Safari version 1.0 and later for the Mac. Because earlier versions of these browsers are no longer supported by their manufacturers and may be incompatible with security certificates that expire after January 7, 2004, we recommend that you download and install the latest version of one of these browsers:

Where do I get the Adobe Reader?
Many of the publications on this website utilize the Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file format. If you don’t have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer, please go to http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html to download and install it now. The Adobe Reader is free of charge to all users.

What if I have problems with the Adobe Reader?
If you have the Adobe Reader installed but are unable to read the articles, the Adobe Reader may be improperly installed on your computer or may be an older version. Sometimes Adobe Reader can be affected when a web browser is upgraded.
