Kimberly M. Chan is a Vice President and Research Analyst for Commercial Real Estate Credit Research on the Securitized Assets Research team, where she covers the real estate investment trust and commercial mortgage-backed securities sectors. She has worked in commercial real estate debt capital markets since 2003, including various roles in research and lending. Prior to joining AB in 2012, Chan covered the same sectors as an analyst with Fitch Ratings. She began her career at M&T Bank as a commercial real estate lender in New York City. Chan holds a BA in international relations and Spanish from Wellesley College, and an MS in real estate finance from New York University. Location: New York
