Barbara Fallon-Walsh was appointed a Director of AB in 2017, and has been a Director of AXA Financial, AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company and MONY Life Insurance Company of America since 2012. She previously served as a director of AXA Investment Managers, AXA IM and AXA Rosenberg Group. Before that, Fallon-Walsh held several executive positions at the Vanguard Group between 1995 and her retirement in 2012. She began her career and held various executive positions at Security Pacific Bank, which was acquired by Bank of America in 1992.
