Kristi Matus was appointed a Director of AB in 2019. She also sits on the Board of Equitable Holdings. Matus serves as Corporate Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Buckle, a tech-enabled, financial-services company. Previously, she was an executive advisor at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Matus also served as CFAO at athenahealth. Her industry experience includes leadership positions at Aetna, where she was the executive vice president of Government Services, and at USAA, where she served as CFO and as president of USAA’s Life Insurance and Investment Management companies.
