Ashlee Davis is a Vice President and Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager within the Diversity & Inclusion team at AB. She is responsible for expanding and leading AB’s diversity & inclusion strategy in Nashville and San Antonio, assessing and cultivating key community partnerships, designing and delivering development programs, and partnering with AB’s senior executives to implement effective and measurable action plans. Most recently, Davis held the role of global lead for external affairs and strategic partnerships within the Global Inclusion and Diversity team at Cargill. Prior to that, she served for more than six years in the Obama administration, both within the White House and as a Presidential Political Appointee to the US Department of Agriculture, where her roles included White House Liaison and Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights. She holds a BA in politics and philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a JD from the Howard University School of Law. Her civic engagement includes serving on Nashville’s Community Oversight Board, the board of the University of Pittsburgh’s Alumni Association and Colorado State University’s Corporate Diversity Advisory Council.
