Jeffrey Hurd is the Chief Operating Officer of Equitable Holdings and a member of its Management Committee. Previously, he had a nearly 20-year tenure at AIG, where he amassed deep industry experience in his roles as COO, chief human resources officer, chief administrative officer and head of asset-management restructuring. In addition, Hurd served as the chief administrative officer and general counsel for AIG Investments and as interim CEO of AIG Global Real Estate. He has held a variety of board positions, including at United Guaranty, a leading mortgage insurer, and AIA Group, a top insurance company in Southeast Asia.
