Steven M. Eisenberg is Senior Managing Director and Head of the Global Business Development Organization at AB, which includes Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset and Public Alternatives Business Development; Global Marketing, Product Strategy and Development, Marketplace and Competitor Research, Business and Digital Transformation and the firm's Product and Firm Data team. He also oversees the firm's Insurance and Defined Contribution business development efforts globally. Eisenberg was previously head of AB's institutional business from 2017 through 2021, where he oversaw the firm's institutional sales, consultant relations and client service teams across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, and was responsible for setting region, client segment, product and pricing strategy for the business globally. From 2010 to 2017, he was COO for the firm's Client Group, managing day-to-day operations of the Institutional and Retail businesses, including strategy, structure, personnel, technology, operations and legal, as well as managing the P&L for these global businesses. Eisenberg joined the firm in 1997 and has held other global leadership positions in his career. He is on the Board of Directors of AB's corporate entities in Australia, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Japan, Korea and Singapore. Eisenberg holds a BA in English from the University of Delaware and an MBA in management and marketing from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Location: New York
