Seeks to provide long-term capital growth with positive total returns that are generally uncorrelated to the equity market beta by:

  • Investing in a portfolio of global equity securities that offer compelling long-term return potential, while seeking to limit volatility and emphasize downside mitigation

  • Employing a disciplined, bottom-up approach that combines fundamental research with proprietary quantitative tools to select stocks that are attractive based on quality, stability and price

  • Hedging the overall portfolio equity market exposure close to zero to isolate alpha

  • Focusing on absolute risk and return above cash
