Shishir Agrawal joined AB in 2014 and is a Senior Managing Director, founding member and Co-Head of Credit for AB Private Credit Investors (AB-PCI). He serves as head of the Software sector and is a member of AB-PCI's operating and investment committees, overseeing the Credit team’s underwriting, execution and portfolio management activities. Prior to joining AB, Agrawal was a director at Barclays Private Credit Partners, where he held a similar leadership role in credit investing, after first joining Barclays as an associate in the US Leveraged Finance group. Earlier in his career, Agrawal was a group marketing manager and head of product management for clustering and high-availability products at Sun Microsystems. He holds a BTech in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, an MS in computer science from Ohio State University, and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Patrick Fear joined AB in 2014 and is a Senior Managing Director, founding member and Co-Head of Credit of AB Private Credit Investors (AB-PCI), and he is a member of both its operating and investment committees. He is also head of the Digital Infrastructure and Services sector and serves as chair of AB-PCI’s PE Fund & Manager Finance platform. Prior to joining AB, Fear was a director with Barclays Private Credit Partners, where he held a similar leadership role. Prior to that, he was a director with CapitalSource in the US and Europe where he sourced, executed and monitored private loans. Fear was a founding member of the senior management team of CapitalSource Europe, focused on building a platform providing middle market mezzanine and other leveraged loans in a variety of industries. Before that, he was a vice president focused on M&A advisory at Robert W. Baird in London and Chicago. Fear began his career in transaction services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kevin Alexander joined AB in 2015 and is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Sanctioning for AB Private Credit Investors. He is a member of both the investment and operating committees, and oversees the firm’s investment selection process, including underwriting, risk assessment and governance approval for credit and equity investments across the platform. Prior to joining AB, Alexander was a director at ORIX, where he held a similar leadership role in credit investing. Earlier in his career, he was a senior research analyst at Plainfield Asset Management and an analyst at both D. E. Shaw and Merrill Lynch. Alexander holds a BBA (honors) in financial consulting from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in finance and economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Evan Cohen joined AB in 2015 and is a Senior Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is a member of both the investment and operating committees. Cohen is also a senior credit team member, where he holds a leadership role in structuring, underwriting and execution, and portfolio management of investments. He serves as head of the Healthcare and Business and Residential Services sectors. Prior to joining AB, Cohen was a vice president with the Specialty Lending group at Goldman Sachs, where he held a similar role. Earlier in his career, Cohen was a financial analyst in the Investment Management division at Goldman Sachs. Justin Grimm joined AB in 2015 and is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management for AB Private Credit Investors (AB-PCI), where he also serves on both the investment and operating committees. Grimm is a senior member of the Credit team, where he holds a leadership role in overseeing the AB-PCI portfolio management processes, as well as investment structuring, underwriting and execution. Prior to joining AB, he was a vice president at GE Capital, where he held a similar role. Earlier in his career, Grimm was a senior mechanical design engineer with Motorola. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Tulane University and an MBA from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he was a Roy H. Joe Brandmeyer joined AB in 2022 as a Managing Director and Legal Counsel for AB Private Credit Investors (AB-PCI), where he supports the investment team on all legal aspects of the debt and equity investment process and coordinates supporting efforts of external legal counsel and AB-PCI's transaction-related legal documentation. Brandmeyer was formerly a director and associate general counsel with Guggenheim Investments, the asset-management division of Guggenheim Partners, where he was a member of the transactions legal team, providing legal assistance on a broad array of middle market debt and equity financing transactions. He holds a BGS in political science from the University of Kansas and a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Location: Austin

Marc Cooper joined AB in 2016 and is a Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in structuring, underwriting and execution, and portfolio management. He was formerly a senior associate with Fifth Street Asset Management's Technology & Venture Lending group, where he underwrote both venture debt and middle market investments. Prior to H.I.G., Kalola worked for Point Frederick Capital, a hedge fund; Prospect Capital, a hedge fund with a private debt and equity focus; and Chanin Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank. Eric Pearson is a Managing Director and Deputy Head of Services Credit for AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in structuring, underwriting and execution, and portfolio management. Prior to that, Pearson was an analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at Barclays Capital and the Consumer, Food & Retail group at Houlihan Lokey. Prior to joining AB, Prestarri worked at Sabey as a corporate paralegal with an in-house legal team for a data center and property management/investment group.
