Shishir Agrawal joined AB in 2014 and is a founding member and Senior Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors. He is also a member of the investment committee and heads the underwriting, execution and portfolio management of the team's investments in software and technology-enabled services. Agrawal previously held a similar role with Barclays Private Credit Partners, having first joined Barclays as an associate in the US Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to that, he was a group marketing manager and head of product management for clustering and high-availability products at Sun Microsystems. Agrawal holds a BTech in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, an MS in computer science from Ohio State University, and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kevin Alexander joined AB in 2015 and is a Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is also a member of the investment committee. As a senior credit team member, he plays a leadership role in structuring, underwriting and execution, as well as portfolio management for investments in the energy sector and other industries. Alexander was previously a director at ORIX, where he held a similar role. Prior to that, he was a senior research analyst with Plainfield Asset Management and an analyst with both D.E. Shaw and Merrill Lynch. Evan Cohen joined AB in 2015 and is a Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is also a member of the investment committee. Cohen was previously a vice president with Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group, where he led deal teams in the underwriting, execution and portfolio management of investments across several sectors. Marc Cooper joined AB in 2016 and is a Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in structuring, underwriting and execution, and portfolio management. He was formerly a senior associate with Fifth Street Asset Management’s Technology & Venture Lending Group, where he underwrote both venture debt and middle market investments. Prior to Fifth Street, Cooper was a senior investment analyst at Prudential Capital Group. He holds a BBA with formal concentrations in both accounting and finance from the Michael G. Justin Grimm joined AB in 2015 and is a Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors (AB-PCI), where he is a member of the investment committee. Grimm is also a senior credit team member, where holds a leadership role in overseeing the AB-PCI portfolio management processes, as well as structuring, underwriting and execution for investments in the multisite, franchising, specialty finance, business services, industrials and other sectors. He was previously a vice president with GE Capital, where he held a similar role. Before that, Grimm was a senior mechanical design engineer with Motorola. Anand Kalola joined AB in 2017 and is a Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in structuring, underwriting and execution, and portfolio management. He was formerly a vice president with H.I.G. WhiteHorse, the credit affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, where he held a similar role. Prior to H.I.G., Kalola worked for Point Frederick Capital, a hedge fund; Prospect Capital, a hedge fund with a private debt and equity focus; and Chanin Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank. Joe Brandmeyer joined AB in 2022 as a Director and Legal Counsel for AB Private Credit Investors, where he supports the investment team on all legal aspects of the debt and equity investment process and coordinates supporting efforts of external legal counsel and AB-PCI’s transaction-related legal documentation. Brandmeyer was formerly a director and associate general counsel with Guggenheim Investments, the asset-management division of Guggenheim Partners, where he was a member of the transactions legal team, providing legal assistance on a broad array of middle market debt and equity financing transactions. He holds a BGS in political science from the University of Kansas and a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Location: Austin
