Wesley Raper joined AB in 2014 as a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, operations, financing, accounting, portfolio analyses, cash management and compliance. He formerly held the same role at Barclays Private Credit Partners. Prior to that, Raper was a vice president in the Information Technology Group at Barclays, where he was responsible for building the technology platform for the leveraged-finance business. He holds an MEng from the University of Bristol and an MS in finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Location: Austin

Roy Castromonte joined AB in 2013 and serves as the Head of Operations and Treasurer for AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, structured finance, operations, accounting, portfolio analyses, cash management, and compliance. Previously, he was head of operations for specialty situations at Fortress Investment Group. Castromonte began his career as part of the loan agency groups for Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase. He holds a BS in finance from St. John’s University, and an MBA in accounting and finance from Fordham University. Location: New York

Christopher Terry joined AB in 2017 and is a Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is responsible for structuring, negotiating and executing structured credit transactions, including private credit collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), recurring revenue loan asset-backed securities, warehouse facilities and other long term portfolio finance solutions. Previously, he was an associate at Garrison Investment Group, where he managed near-term liquidity for all investment funds, with a special focus on the firm’s structured finance platform. Prior to that, Terry served as a credit analyst and CLO analyst at Monroe Capital. He began his career at LaSalle Bank as an account manager within the Global Trust Services Group. Terry holds a BA in economics from the University of Michigan. Location: New York

Christopher Ryan joined AB in 2017 and is a Vice President with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, financing, portfolio analyses, cash management, and compliance. Prior to joining the team, he was an associate with the Technology & Operations Group at AB, where he focused on implementation and optimization of reconciliation strategies for derivative products. Ryan holds a BS in business management from the University at Albany. Location: New York

Wendy Alvarado is an Assistant Vice President with AB Private Credit Investors, where she is involved in deal closing, oversight and portfolio management. Prior to joining AB in 2020, she was an analyst in the middle office team for CCLA Investment Management in London, UK and worked in the oversight team for Brown Brothers Harriman. Wendy holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Location: Austin

Stevens Herbst joined AB in 2020 and is an Associate with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, financing, portfolio analyses, cash management, and compliance. Previously, he was an analyst at Ernst & Young with the Structured Finance Group, where he worked on the Collateralized Loan Obligation team. Herbst holds a BSM in finance and economics from Tulane University. Location: Austin

Nate Jones is an Assistant Vice President with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, financing, portfolio analysis, cash management, and compliance. Prior to joining AB in 2021, he was a collateralized loan obligation analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Ernst & Young in Houston. Jones holds a BA in economics with a concentration in business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Location: Austin

Taylor Thomson joined AB in 2020 and is an Assistant Vice President with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in deal closing, execution and portfolio management. Prior to joining the team, he was an he was an analyst in the Specialty Lending Group within Goldman Sachs. Taylor holds a BA with a concentration in International Commerce from Texas A&M University. Cooper Bailey joined AB in 2021 and is an Associate with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, financing, portfolio analysis, cash management and compliance. Prior to joining the team, he was a senior analyst at Virtus from FIS in Austin. Bailey holds a BBA with a concentration in finance from St. Edward’s University. Location: Austin 

Carson Leonhardt is a Middle Office Associate with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in loan closing and coordinating trade activity for cross functional teams. Prior to joining AB in 2021, he was a global markets operations consultant at KKR Credit in San Francisco covering North American, European, and Asia Pacific funds. Carson holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. Location: Austin

Adrian Lish joined AB in 2022 and is an Analyst with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, financing, portfolio analysis, cash management and compliance. Previously, he was a senior analyst in the Global Corporate Trust CLO team at BNY Mellon in Houston. Lish holds a BBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Houston. Location: Austin

Mac McGuffee joined AB in 2020 and is an Associate with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, financing, portfolio analyses, cash management and compliance. Prior to joining the team in 2024, McGuffee was an associate with the Private Alternatives Operations Group, supporting AB Private Credit Investors and the AB Commercial Real Estate platforms. Bertha Mortero joined AB in 2017 and is a Middle Office Loan Closer with AB Private Credit Investors, where she is involved in coordinating closing activities, providing operational support to deal and portfolio-management teams, and completing additional middle office tasks. Prior to joining the team in 2022, she was an analyst within the Derivative Operations Group, supporting AB’s OTC middle office in Nashville, Tennessee. Mortero began her career at AB with the Trade Support Group in San Antonio, Texas. She holds a BBA with a concentration in finance and economics from Sam Houston State University, as well as an MS in finance from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Location: Austin

Megan Salib is a Middle Office Associate with AB Private Credit Investors, where she is involved in deal closing, position management, reporting and other middle office tasks. Prior to joining the team in 2022, she was team lead for the Trade Support group in Nashville since 2017. Salib holds a BA with a concentration in psychology from St. Mary’s University. Bryon Woeste joined AB in 2023 and is an Analyst with AB Private Credit Investors, where he works with the Middle Office team, specifically engaging in operations and reporting. Prior to joining the team, he was an analyst at Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, Florida. Woeste holds a BBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from the University of Kentucky.
