Gayle Baldwin is a Senior Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager on the Equities team. She is responsible for covering consumer discretionary and healthcare for the US Small and Mid Cap Value team and is a Portfolio Manager for the AB Diversity Champions Equity Portfolio. Baldwin rejoined the firm in 2019. In her previous role at AB, she was a research analyst covering stocks across communication services, industrials and utilities for the Emerging Markets Value and US Large Cap Value Equities teams. Before rejoining the firm, Baldwin was an analyst at Schafer Cullen Capital Management. Prior to attending business school, she worked in M&A advisory and private equity investing at Greenhill & Co. Baldwin holds a BS (summa cum laude) in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a BA in international and German studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
