Brent Humphries joined AB in 2014 as a founding member and President of AB Private Credit Investors, where he has primary responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the business, including chairing the investment committee, fundraising, investor relations, investment originations, structuring and underwriting, as well as ongoing portfolio management and compliance. He previously held the same position with Barclays Private Credit Partners. Prior to joining Barclays, Humphries served as group head, generalist financial sponsor coverage for Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group, and later led its structured private equity initiative. Before that, he served as a partner and managing director of the Texas Growth Fund, a middle market private equity firm. Humphries previously worked in leveraged finance with NationsBank and J.P. Morgan, and as a financial analyst with Exxon. He holds a BBA in finance with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Location: Austin

Wesley Raper joined AB in 2014 as a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in strategy and planning, operations, financing, accounting, portfolio analyses, cash management and compliance. He formerly held the same role at Barclays Private Credit Partners. Prior to that, Raper was a vice president in the Information Technology Group at Barclays, where he was responsible for building the technology platform for the leveraged-finance business. He holds an MEng from the University of Bristol and an MS in finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Location: Austin

Virginia Kocher joined AB in 2016 as the Chief of Staff for AB Private Credit Investors, where she is involved in various strategic, operational and administrative aspects of the business. Before joining AB, she was the chief operating officer and head of operational due diligence at Gapstow Capital Partners, an alternative investment advisor. Prior to that, Kocher was an operational due diligence analyst at Barclays Wealth Americas and Barclays Global Investors. She began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Kocher holds a BBA and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York State. Location: Austin

Liz Pyeatt joined AB in 2015 as the Head of Office Administration with AB Private Credit Investors, where she is involved in executive support and administration management. Previously, she was the operations manager for LookNook and a senior associate at Austin Asset. Pyeatt holds a BS in financial planning from Texas Tech University. Location: Austin

Amit Batra joined AB in 2026 and is a Vice President in Digital Transformation for AB Private Credit Investors, where he focuses on digital transformation initiatives, AI and automation opportunities, workflow redesign, and strategic modernization efforts to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Prior to joining the team, he was a vice president of data analytics on the Private Financing Solutions team at BlackRock, where he led enterprise data strategy, implemented data governance and democratization initiatives, streamlined NAV approval processes, and automated key private credit reporting. Prior to that, Batra supported complex fund operations, accounting systems and finance transformations across private equity, hedge funds and real assets. He has served as a consultant at SteelBridge, an associate vice president at Genpact, a senior consultant at Allvue Systems, a private equity specialist at Apex Fund Services, a controller at NCB Capital Markets and a senior fund accountant at Actis. Batra holds a BCom from the University of Delhi and an MBA in international business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Location: Austin    

Hussain Abbas joined AB in 2026 and is a Business Strategist with AB Private Credit Investors, where he is responsible for driving strategic and organizational decisions that support growth across asset-class expansion, fundraising and deal execution. Abbas works closely with the Executive Office, including the CEO, Head of Originations, Chief of Staff, Capital Formation team and other senior business leadership. Before joining AB, he was an analyst on the Valuations team at Houlihan Lokey, and prior to that, he was at Arcapita, a middle-market private equity firm, for two years. Abbas holds a BSc in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MS in finance from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. Location: Austin
