Racket Sports provides an opportunity for employees to interact and network in a different environment. AB Riders’ mission is to bring together employees who share a passion for cycling and overall wellness. Via this platform, employees will support each other by sharing ideas, techniques and training tips to increase performance, overcome challenges and surpass athletic goals.

The AB Run Club provides runners and aspiring runners from across the firm with opportunities to connect with one another, work towards their fitness goals together, burn off stress, and just have fun! We host weekly training runs (seasonal/weather permitting) targeted to a variety of pace/distance levels, as well as other fitness-oriented activities throughout the year.

Trek Team’s mission is to promote overall fitness, wellness, and socialization through hiking and outdoor activities. By organizing group activities in a natural setting, we create a fun environment where members are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, develop new friendships, and explore together.

AB Volleyball’s mission is to connect employees across different service lines through participating in a fun, low impact sport. We aim to cultivate a laid back, friendly atmosphere where employees can choose to either play socially or competitively, while also forming new relationships.

With chapters in New York, Nashville, and EMEA, AB Yoga EWG exists to provide onsite opportunities for employee well-being and to encourage colleague commonality at work and in the broader community. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction classes are primarily led by Yoga Alliance Certified yoga instructors who also work at AB, with occasional guest teachers from local studios. Classes are open-registration and inclusive for all levels of yoga experience.

Zumba's motto is "Ditch the workout, join the party," and that's exactly the mission of AB Zumba. This fun, low-impact, energetic cardio fitness class incorporates dance movements to Latin, Pop, African, World, and other music rhythms. Networking and engaging with colleagues come naturally during this end-of-the-workday, stress-eliminating, one-hour class. Open to all fitness levels, no dance or Zumba experience is necessary. Smiles are guaranteed!
