Onur Erzan

Onur Erzan is an executive officer at AB and a member of the Equitable Holdings Management Committee. He is the Head of AB Global Client Group and Head of the Bernstein Private Wealth business. Erzan oversees AB’s entire private wealth management business and third-party institutional and retail franchise, where he is responsible for all client services, sales and marketing, as well as product strategy, management and development worldwide. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he spent over 19 years with McKinsey, most recently as a senior partner and co-leader of its Wealth & Asset Management practice. In addition, Erzan co-led McKinsey’s Banking & Securities Solutions (a portfolio of data, analytics and digital assets and capabilities) globally. He has been active in nonprofit organizations for the last several years and has served on the boards of Graham Windham and Turkish Philanthropy Funds. Erzan holds a BS in business administration from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
